My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were excellent, from family rooms to double rooms, definitely worth the money. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking. The hotel was immaculately clean, well-heated, quiet, and spacious, providing a truly comfortable experience.

The staff was really nice and helpful throughout my stay. Their assistance and proximity to the Lourdes holy area were convenient. The breakfast offered a great selection, including croissants, pain du chocolate, cereal, cheese, and more. However, they were unable to assist me with a doctor appointment due to being too busy, which was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel's location was excellent, right in the city center with a close proximity to the sanctuaries and the main street. Although the view was not as expected from the photos, being located along the river made it an ideal spot for exploring Lourdes.

The dining experience was delightful, served in a charming breakfast room on the ground floor. The continental buffet was excellent value for money, offering a variety of options at just EUR 8 per person. Starting breakfast service a bit earlier would have been even better.
